Here's how it works:

Options:
- Fast pickup: Within 45 minutes (Mon-Sun 10:00-22:00)
- Later pickup: At a time of your choosing
Ordering process:
1. Add the items to your shopping cart.
2. Select the "Collection" .
3. Go to the checkout . There you select the date and time slot for pickup:
Date: Today or a later date
Time slots: 30-minute windows, Monday to Sunday, 10:00–22:00
(From 8:00 pm onwards and on Sundays, we charge a surcharge of CHF 5.– per collection)
Payment on site:
During the ordering process, you can also select payment on-site upon collection.

We are a Zurich-based Swiss company (see legal notice) .
All items available for order are in stock and can be delivered immediately or picked up after online ordering.
If you would like to purchase additional balloons to go with your Rosenbaer order, BallonShopZuerich.ch
is another shop of ours, and collection is at the same location.
Provision:
Once we receive your collection order, we will immediately prepare the items for you in our warehouse.
Local pickup:
Collection address (warehouse): Rosenbaer.ch by Ballonshopzuerich.ch, Heinrichstrasse 225, 8005 Zurich
Collection procedure: Please ring the bell at the sign "Ballonshopzuerich.ch" and tell us your order number or your name. Someone will come to your door immediately and hand over your order.
Important: The goods collection point is sometimes not staffed continuously . If you are going to be late, please contact us as soon as possible.
Additional information: Ballonshopzuerich.ch is also one of our shops. If you would like to purchase a rose bear to go with your balloons, collection will take place at the same location.

Parking:
Parking: Parking spaces are located to the side of the building (access for drop-off and pick-up vehicles permitted).
⚠️ Important: Please be sure to pay the parking fee! The parking lots are monitored by a private security company, which will quickly issue fines to anyone without a ticket.
