This is how it works:

Options:
- Fast collection: Within 45 minutes (MO-SO 10:00-22:00)
- Later collection: At a time of your choice
Ordering process:
1. add the items to the shopping cart.
2. select the pick-up option directly in the shopping cart.
3. go to the checkout. Select the date and time slot for collection:
Date: Today or a later date
Time slot: 30-minute window, Monday to Sunday, 10:00-22:00
(From 20:00 and on Sundays we charge a surcharge of CHF 5 per collection)
Payment on site:
You can also choose to pay on site when you collect your order.
You can then use the following options to pay when you collect your order:

We are a Zurich-CH company, see imprint.
All orderable articles are in stock and can be delivered immediately or picked up after ordering online.
If you would like to buy balloons in addition to your Rosenbaer balloons, BallonShopZuerich.ch
is another store of ours and the pick-up is at the same location.
Provision:
Once we have received your pick-up order, we will have the items in our warehouse ready for you immediately.
Pick-up on site:

Collection procedure: Please ring the bell at the “Ballonshopzuerich.ch” sign and tell us your order number or your name. Someone will come to your door immediately and hand over your order.
Important: The goods issue desk is sometimes not always staffed. If you are running late, please contact us as early as possible.
Additional information: Ballonshopzuerich.ch is also one of our stores. If you would like to buy a rose bear with your balloons, you can collect them from the same place.

Parking:
Parking spaces: Parking spaces are located at the side of the building (access permitted).
⚠️ Important: Please be sure to pay the parking fee! The parking lots are controlled by a private security company, which will issue fines very quickly if a ticket is missing.
